New line is not working in receiver adapter

Hi,

New line is not working into the receiver adapter when i open in notepad.

e.g. 1[] 2[]

But when i open in word pad it open correctly.

e.g. 1

       2

Customer wants to open in notepad with new line, How to convince the customer on this ?
