How to solve problem with special characters and # in IDocs

Problem description:

Special characters are being replaced by “#” in
inbound idocs from PI 7.31 system unicode to ERP 6.0 NW 7.0 non-unicode.

Solution:

There must be exact code page set in rfc channel.
